Casino Royale (2006): The film opens with a stark black-and-white sequence in which James Bond earns his double-0 status by completing two assassinations. The first involves a physical altercation in a grimy bathroom, highlighting Bond's lethal prowess, and the second is a tense and dramatic shooting, setting the tone for Craig's grittier, more visceral portrayal of Bond.

Quantum of Solace (2008): The pre-title sequence picks up immediately after the events of Casino Royale, with Bond engaged in a high-speed car chase through the narrow, winding roads of Italy. Pursued by enemy agents, Bond narrowly escapes death and delivers his captured prisoner, Mr. White, to M16. The intense, action-packed sequence foreshadows the relentless vengeance Bond seeks throughout the film.

Skyfall (2012): In this thrilling sequence, Bond is on a mission in Istanbul to retrieve a stolen hard drive containing sensitive information. The chase involves a series of daring maneuvers, from a car chase to a motorcycle pursuit across rooftops, culminating in a fistfight atop a moving train. The sequence ends with Bond being accidentally shot by his colleague, Eve, and falling into a river, leaving viewers questioning his fate.

Spectre (2015): The film opens with an impressively choreographed sequence set in Mexico City during the Day of the Dead festival. Bond tracks a terrorist named Marco Sciarra, navigating through the vibrant parade, and eventually causes a building to collapse. The chase continues onto a helicopter, where Bond battles Sciarra in mid-air, ultimately recovering a mysterious ring adorned with the symbol of the Spectre organization.

No Time to Die (2021): The pre-title sequence is a mix of past and present. It begins with a young Madeleine Swann witnessing the murder of her mother by a masked gunman, Safin, who then spares her life. Fast forward to the present day, Bond and Madeleine are in Matera, Italy, trying to leave their pasts behind. However, Bond is ambushed, leading to a heart-pounding car chase. Bond and Madeleine part ways after he feels betrayed, setting the emotional tone for the rest of the film.
