Could this be our Last Christmas in Thailand? Today is Christmas Day, but last night (Christmas Eve) we headed out to one of our favorite local spots: the Kad Farang Wednesday Market in Hang Dong. This market is a local gem that happens a few times a week, but Wednesday is the "big one." It’s packed with an incredible variety of street food, clothes, and local goods. We take you along to our favorite stall where a lovely local lady makes the most authentic Pad Thai for just 35 Baht ($1.68 AUD). We can’t think of a better way to celebrate the season than with a delicious Thai meal and a cold beer in the food hall!

A Bittersweet Update: While we are soaking up every bit of the holiday spirit, we also wanted to share that this might be our last Christmas in Thailand. It’s a sentimental time for us, and we are so grateful to have you all following along on this journey.
