Epic backpacking trip on the Gunsight Pass Trail in Glacier National Park, covering 22+ miles with 4,0550+ ft of elevation gain over three amazing days. We camped at Gunsight Lake the first night and Sperry Chalet campground the second, crossing both Gunsight Pass and Lincoln Pass with stunning views of Gunsight Lake and Lake Ellen Wilson along the way. The trail was lush and vibrant with flowing water, wild huckleberries (we ate plenty 😅), and perfect weather that made the already breathtaking scenery even more magical.
