I was tagged by Chris The Wooded Beardsman back a few months ago and finally get my butt in gear and do this challenge. The goal of this video is to open up discussion about mental health and to show other men that it's ok to talk about it. Find someone you trust, or call a hotline, or even talk to a stranger before it gets too bad, or go find a doctor who can help. We all face issues from time to time and it's best to talk about it before something small can end up changing everyone's life.
