ඉතින් Bank එකක ඉහල තනතුරකට යන්න අත්‍යවශ්‍යම වන IBSL මගින් ලබාදෙන Banking Qualification එක ගැන ප්‍රධාන තොරතුරු ටික තමයි අපි ඔයාලට පැහැදිලි කරන්න බලාපොරොත්තු වෙන්නේ.මේ qualification එක complete කරන්න නම් අපි Intermediate in Applied Banking & Finance (IABF) & Diploma in Applied Banking & Finance (DABF) කියන level දෙකම complete කරන්න ඕනි.
