What is the best way to clean water under the sink?

Cleaning up the successful 2 gallon test of a Basin sink mat. Which way will be best?

NOTE: My goal is to use methods that many people have. I do not know how many people have a wet/dry shop vac. I would absolutely recommend that method first.
