This is a critical issue at a time of escalating conflicts, increasing climatic crisis, food crisis, supply chain disruptions that are features of our BANI World ('brittle', 'anxious', 'nonlinear' and 'incomprehensible'.) At "Science In The Age Of Experience 2024 - Generative Sciences for Society", we were lucky to have with us a prolific thinker, writer and risk assessor of complexity. 

Dave Snowden is the Director of the Cynefin Centre for Applied Complexity.  He co-led a major US Government project on counter-terrorism before and after 911. As a result, he was one of the principal designers of the Singapore Government’s Risk Assessment and Horizon Scanning system. Mr Snowden will discuss how project management can be inspired by nature and evolve as a domain with adaptive complex system thinking.
