ട്വന്റി 20 പാർട്ടി എൻഡിഎയുടെ ഭാഗമായതായി സാബു എം ജേക്കബ് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. 'കഴിഞ്ഞ കുറെ നാളുകളായി എൻഡിഎ അഴിമതി വിരുദ്ധരായി തുടർന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്, അതിൽ ഇടതും വലതും നാടിനെ കട്ടുമുടിക്കുന്ന ഒരു സാഹചര്യം ഉണ്ടായി' എന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം വാർത്താസമ്മേളനത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞു. തനിക്കെതിരെ 25 പാർട്ടികൾ ഒരുമിച്ച് നിന്ന പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലാണ് എൻഡിഎക്കൊപ്പം ചേരാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
