HOW TO PREPARE GROUPER FINGERS | BAHAMIAN COOKING
Ingredients
Grouper Fish (washed in vinegar and water and cut into fillet)
2 lime juice
1 tbsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tbsp. Total Seasoning (optional)
1 tbsp. Parsley Flakes
1/2 tbsp. Sea Salt
*allow marinating for 10 minutes before cooking.
**Use salt to your taste. Less is ALWAYS best!
The Flour
1 cup flour
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Total Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tbsp. Parsley Flakes
1/4 tsp. Table Salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
Egg Mixture
2 lg. eggs
2 tbsp. water or milk
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Total Seasoning
Red Pepper Flakes
Old Bay Seasoning
Parsley Flakes
Table Salt
*steps to coat fish (Eggs - Flour - Fry)
