This is the simpler of a couple of common methods to create keyplans for a titleblock in Revit. The method demonstrated here illustrates how to import a CAD file and use visibility parameters to indicate plan area in a key plan. The other method not shown would be to use a generic annotation family as a go-between and nest that into the titleblock family using a similar technique.
