This is just the cusp of why your dogs hair cut costs what it costs! Grooming is an expensive industry and our overhead is NOT cheap. So much more goes into giving a dog a hair cut than you would ever think about and I hope this video gives you just SOME insight into what your groomer may be putting up behind the scenes!!! Not to mention I didn't even cover the many of us that go to doctors and chiropractors on a regular for just the wear and tear on our bodies that this profession causes, the surgeries, the insurance.. The list literally goes on and on. I have been grooming for almost 4 years and I know for a fact I will have to have at least one carpal tunnel surgery before I reach my 10th year in this Industry!
