We caught up with Tama TeHuna at his gym, Brofit.
His 1966 Valiant is a perfect family cruiser done up with the help of his old-school hot rodder father-in-law.
Tama is the founder of Brofit, a gym in western Sydney where men can train and be part of a community. The Sunday Session is a game changer.
The gym is going from strength to strength, opening up another location in Newcastle, with more to come.
Among all the amazing community work he already does, Lawry, with the help of a team of volunteers, put on a kids holiday boxing program where boys and young men cam come and train with some strong role models guiding them with the values of hard work and discipline.
I attend as many Sunday sessions as I can and I would encourage anyone in Western Sydney to come down, its a welcoming community, you train at your level of fitness.
