30 year love story

Happy 30th Anniversary to the one man in the world who makes me the craziest. When you ask me if it feels like it’s been 30 years, I tease you and say, “More like a hundred”. But…the truth is…the time always goes too fast. First we were dating, then parents, and now our kids are grown(ish). It all goes by so fast. And all that from one kiss at the beach.
And you worry about your ability to put into words what no one really can. Not even me. What a lifetime of love means. No words can ever big enough ro encapsulate what you have meant to me. But…you have shown me everyday through your actions in ways I always understood.
I am grateful for 30 years. But it’s also mot enough. I am also hopeful for many more. You are my best friend (and the biggest pain in my butt) and I can’t imagine any future that doesn’t have us together in it. Happy anniversary to my handsome husband…thank you for 30 years of love and hopefully many more ahead.
