Paneer Tikka Masala is basically a combination of dry Paneer Tikka with the heavy gravy. Normally , you would prepare the paneer tikka using the grill in your microwave oven.But , here I will be showing you the process of resturant style paneer tikka masala by using Non-stick pan . Paneer tikka masala is served in main-course meals with Paratha or Naan.

Ingredients:

For Paneer Marination
1. Paneer ( cut all the paneers in square shape)
2. Tomato - 1 big size
3. Onion - 1 big size
4. Green Bell Pepper - 1/2
5. Red Bell Pepper -1/2
** Cut all the vegetables in square shape for better presentation **
6. Finely chopped Garlic - 1 tsp
7. Finely Chopped Ginger - 1tsp
8. Lemon Juice - 1/2 or 1 tsp
9. Curd - 1/2 cup
10. Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
11. Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
12. Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
13. Salt to taste
14. Cooking Oil - 1 tsp
Ingredients for Gravy:

1. Tomato 2 - grind tomatoes to fine paste at home or any ready made tomato puree.
2. Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
3. Chopped green chili - 1-2
4. Chopped Cilantro / Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
5. Dry Fenugreek leaves / Kasoori methi - 2 tsp
6. Oil - 2 tsp
7. Salt as per taste
8. Cornflour - 1 tsp
9. Tomato Sauce - 1 tsp
10. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
11. Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
12. Black Cardamom - 2
13. Cinnamon Stick - 1
14. Cloves - 2
