Ingredients:
Urad dal- 3 cups (500g)
Sugar- 1 1/2 cup
Ghee

Process:
Place pan onto the stove and add urad dal.
Dry roast on low flame until the colour is changed.
Take it out and keep it aside.
Let it cool down completely.
Take a mixer jar and add roasted urad dal.
Blend it to slightly coarse.
Later add sugar and Blend it to coarse powder(Don't blend it to smooth powder).
Later transfer to another bowl.
If you want to store this powder for longer time then transfer to airtight box and we can store upto 6 months in fridge.
Later add ghee and mix well.
Then prepare laddu, Urad dal laddu is ready.
