BMW R80 Bobber Build Ep2 | Stripping the Front End & The Vision for the Build

The build continues! In this episode, I take the 1986 BMW R80RT ex-police bike one step closer to its transformation into a bobber / café racer hybrid.
I strip off the front headlight, speedos, and handlebars, tidy up a few details in the garage setup, and talk through the overall vision for the build — including how I want this classic airhead to look and feel once it’s finished.

This is where the project starts taking shape.
