The 2012 FINA World Series kicked off in Dubai, with Tom competing in both the 10m Platform synchro and 10m Platform individual competitions.
Tom and synchro partner Pete Waterfield came in fourth place but were only 1.44 points away from the Bronze medal, which was won by Russia with 412.62
