Taking this machine apart is quite easy. You just have to remove the plastic bits, remove two knobs, and unhinge the plastic clips on the bottom. Then, remove the 4 screws holding the hopper to the housing, and lift the hopper off, to expose the adjustment gears. Simply turn the adjustment 90 degrees finer, to end up with a finer grind. Be careful to make sure the sensors are in place when reassembling.
