We filmed this video, when gone for a walk between huge stressed work week. Mentally we been squeezed out, can`t normally sleep.
We walked over several hour, just sat, and stayed near trees and felt the body fill with energy.

Just put everything aside and take 20 minutes for yourself, calm yourself and open your soul to nature healing voices.
