Reviving a Neglected 1981 Honda CM200T TwinStar

In this video, we revive a neglected and abandoned 1981 Honda CM200T TwinStar, a classic lightweight cruiser motorcycle that was designed for urban commuting and touring. This bike has been sitting on the side of a body shop for years, but with minimal effort, we manage to get it running and riding again.

The CM200T TwinStar was powered by a reliable 194cc, air-cooled, four-stroke, twin-cylinder engine that produced around 17 horsepower. It had a low seat height, comfortable riding position, and a sleek, classic design that made it a popular choice for beginner riders and commuters alike.

The bike had a failed ignition switch and a set of coils, which we replace to get it back on the road. Despite its modest power output, the CM200T TwinStar quickly gained a reputation for its reliability, fuel efficiency, and low maintenance requirements. It was also known for its smooth and quiet operation, thanks to its twin-cylinder engine design.
