This complete end-of-line packaging system is designed for beverage cans, combining secondary and tertiary packaging in one fully automated process.

The cans arrive on the conveyor in a single line. The system arranges them into a matrix, ready for packing, while simultaneously opening the cartons that will hold them. Once the matrix is formed, a robotic case packer picks up the cans and places them neatly into the opened cartons.

The cartons are then closed and sealed, ensuring stability and protection. Finally, an integrated palletizing robot stacks each carton directly onto the pallet as soon as it is sealed, completing the process with efficiency and precision.
