During the preparations for the Zhuhai Airshow on November 9, 2024, the Russian Su-57 performed a rehearsal, with its superb flying skills causing all spectators to gasp in awe.
The pilot this time is Serghey Bogdan, who is 62 years old. He is the chief test pilot at the Sukhoi Design Bureau’s Flight Test Center. In 2011, he was awarded the titles of “Hero of Russia” and “Honored Test Pilot” by the Russian government for his outstanding performance in testing and promoting new aviation weaponry for the Russian military.
