Apey, or birth name András Áron was born in Budapest, a member of the hungarian cultic band Neck Sprain, singer/songwriter guitarist of Apey & The Pea.

In 2008 Andris decided to write something completely different and preform his own songs live, previously released a demo album with 12 tracks in 2008, (Smoke & a Pretty Kettle).

On September 1, 2010 brand new album, "Feathers, Black Flowers" was out with 12 new tracks with the help of R33 Records.
2011 18th April "Orion" Maxi is released, it can be downloaded from the official Apey website along with the previous albums www.apey.hu.

First video shoot in London 2012 for "12 Nosejob".
Summer of 2013 MR2 Radio Recordings with friends from Apey & The Pea and Matyas Mohacsi on bass. New album will be released at the end of this year in 2014.
