MAGIC | 2024 London Marathon

The TCS #London #Marathon is my 4th race in my quest to complete all six World Marathon Majors. I completed the Boston, Chicago, and New York City marathons. This September, I will be running my 5th Marathon Major -- the Berlin Marathon. I hope to secure a spot for Tokyo Marathon in 2025, which will be my 6th and final marathon major, but I am not holding my breathe as it is notoriously difficult to get in via the lottery system.

I know I said this before about other races, but I think the London Marathon might be my favorite road marathon to date. The race organization was top-notch, the race course was incredibly scenic as you past London’s many iconic landmarks, with quite possibly the largest and most enthusiastic crowd support in a marathon. But what makes London stood out to me is the runners -- a melting pot of colorful characters representing 158 countries.

If I had to use one word to describe my experience at the London Marathon, it would be MAGIC.
