This video is a little different. What you are watching is a real photo shoot I did with Liza at Momentum Studios in Orlando.. I wasn’t planning to film a YouTube video that day. I was just shooting, creating, and letting the lights do their thing.

Some of the images from this shoot ended up being used in Westcott’s FJ250 campaign, which made me realize this was the perfect story to share.

In this video I walk you through how I used the Westcott FJ250 as my main light, how I paired it with an FJ400ii for rim and hair light, and why this light has quietly become the one I keep reaching for on real shoots.

I also touch on the FJ200 and how it compares.
If you are coming from Godox, Flashpoint, or another system, this will give you a real world look at why the Westcott ecosystem works so well.
