"Heartaches" is a very popular song written in 1931 and recorded many times in the intervening years.
Unfortunately, little appears to be known of "Joe Morgan and his Palais D'Or Orchestra" apart from the fact they recorded 10 or so sides for ARC in 1931. What we do know is they are a thoroughly professional and competent orchestra the equal of many in new York at the time. At least we know the vocalist!
The Australian "Lyric" record label was produced for short period in Sydney in 1931-32 by the "Klippel Record Company" using mostly American masters.
Recorded and processed from an original vintage 78 record by myself.
