What is it Like Living with Bipolar 2?

What is it like living with bipolar 2 disorder? What has life been like living with bipolar 2? (The Pain of Living with Bipolar 2 Disorder | https://bit.ly/2PgrrEk)

These are two questions I receive and struggle to answer because I do not know what life is like living without bipolar depression. The mood swings, the intense emotions, and wild imagination are elements of my life that I have grown to accept as a part of me.

In this video, I compare my life living with bipolar 2 to a local construction site that has been in the building process for almost a decade. I hope you watch it. I’d be interested to know if you can relate to what I’m saying.

Living with bipolar 2 is a challenge. I am never content and it’s a constant marathon of the mind, but I am learning to embrace this challenge and find the silver lining.
