After 10 years of widowhood, Diana Kamande found love in one Sam Waweru.
How did the two meet? Diana narrates a story of love that dates back to their primary school days. Waweru, who is now a KDF officer was totally smitten by his deskmate Diana and he would often show kind gestures to keep their friendship going e.g. he would break the queue to pick a packet of the famous Nyayo milk for Diana and even sacrifice his packet for her.
One day diana was not so happy when Waweru openly said in class, "Diana is my girlfriend,"......
10 years later after Diana lost her husband in a domestic violence scuffle, bearing wounds on her face and hands from the cuts she suffered in the ordeal, she proudly said 'I Do' to Mr. Waweru in a colourful ceremony.
