Recipe
Ingredients:
▪Chinese cabbage
▪1 cucumber
▪Salt
▪Sweet red pepper
▪Olive oil
▪Onion
▪Sugar (1 small spoonful)
▪Green onion
▪3 tablespoons of thick yogurt
▪Dried tomatoes and Italian herbs (1 small spoonful)
▪Apple cider vinegar (2 tablespoons)
▪Garlic
Instructions:
1. Slice Chinese cabbage and cucumber, then sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, chop sweet red pepper and onion, then fry in olive oil for 3 minutes.
3. Add a small spoonful of sugar to the frying pan and continue to cook for 4 minutes.
4. Squeeze out excess liquid from the cabbage and cucumber.
5. Mix together green onion, thick yogurt, dried tomatoes, Italian herbs, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic.
6. Combine all ingredients well.
