I just unboxed a brand new Blacklock 96 skillet from Lodge (see end of video for link) and this video is my first attempt at making a ham/cheese/veggie omelette with this skillet. Does it stick or not? How does this skillet perform out of the box? I did give it a quick wash with soap and water before I attempted to cook with it. Watch as I do this and see for yourself!
