[📺 Tribute to our Senior Members: Oral History Project] Featuring Mr Fred Kan, Roll of Honour (2016)

Mr Fred Kan is a prominent figure in Hong Kong's legal community, known for his extensive contributions to the Law Society. In this interview, he reflects on his journey, which includes serving as a Council Member from 1997 to 2002, founding Teen Talk, which engages thousands of secondary school students in the law, and various other leadership roles. He also discusses how he promotes rule of law awareness through sport, having organised the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Lawyers' Sports Meet and initiated the Rule of Law Marathon to raise public awareness. In recognition of his significant contributions to the legal profession, Mr Kan was inducted into the Law Society's Roll of Honour in May 2016.
