How to program Volkswagen e-up AC charger

Usually Volkswagen e-up (It should be the same with Seat Mii electric or Skoda Citigo iv) is coming straight form the factory with AC charger capable to deliver 16A per phase. But it is able to charge also with a single phase 32A of current. This can be done by using the OBDEleven dongle and the OBDEleven and set the corresponding setting.
