Maserati MC12 GT1 Sound - Warm Up, Accelerations, Fly Bys & More

And finally here you are a video of one of my favourite cars that I wasn't able to record yet: the Maserati MC12 GT1. And, as happend with the Zonda R a few month ago, I saw not just one but three of them (seems 2014 is going well after all).
I recorded them at San Martino del Lago circuit during the Maserati Gathering held to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the italian brand. Each of the three MC12s has a story to tell:

The blue one is the first MC12 to win a race of the 2004 FIA GT championship (Oschersleben, with Mika Salo and Andrea Bertolini).

Of course the one with the Vitaphone Racing livery is one of the multi winning MC12 of the couple Andrea Bertolini - Michael Bartels.

The last but not the least is the MC12 Goodwood Cent 100, a special one-off built to celebrate the centenary at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Using a spare chassis that was still in the factory they started building it only this year (around 95% of the parts are new). Obviously the special paintjob is what makes the car unique. The car is decorated with artistic paintings of Maserati’s motorsport glories: Stirling Moss in a 250F, the MC12 FIA GT cars and even an outline of the Goodwood hillclimb route feature. It also has its distinctive silver-and-black Festival of Speed race number painted on, rather than the usual adhesive decal.
