Square Technology Group has been dedicated to the research and development of low tension spiral freezers for more than 30 years. The company has developed friction-driven single spiral freezer, double spiral freezer, direct-drive single spiral freezer and direct drive double spiral freezer. We drafted the Chinese National standard (GB/T22733-2008) of the spiral freezer. Square Technology’s spiral freezes have been exported to more than 50 countries throughout Europe, America, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, etc. They are widely used in protein, baking, poultry, pastry, ready meal, hot pot, dairy and seafood products. 80% of the equipment is used in IQF freezing, and the others in cooling and proofing.
