In this video, I'll be showing you how to make a surprisingly simple wreath ornament for your Christmas tree!
♡MATERIALS:
cardboard (I used a cereal box)
yarn
beads (in a color of your choice!)
hemp string
crochet hook that fits the size of your yarn (I used 4.25mm)
pencil
X-acto Knife
large circular object (for tracing)
smaller circular object (for tracing)
hot glue gun (and glue, of course)
scissors
♡TERMINOLOGY (Americanized):
♥ slip knot - the first loop that forms the foundation for your work
♥ chain (ch) - with a loop on your hook, yarn over (YO) and pull through a loop.
♥ single crochet (sc) - insert hook into stitch, YO and pull through. You will have 2 loops on your hook, YO and pull through both loops.
♥ half double crochet (hdc) - YO and insert hook into stitch, YO and pull through. You will have 3 loops on your hook, YO and pull through all 3 loops.
♥ double crochet (dc) - YO and insert hook into stitch, YO and pull through. You will have 3 loops on your hook. YO and pull through 2 loops, YO and pull through remaining 2 loops.
