No Hot Water: How To Fix The Hot Water Heater

In this video I travel to a friend's house to fix a hot water heater. It is a large water heater with two heating elements. The lower heating element is burnt out and needs to be replaced. I drain the water heater of water, remove the two heater elements and replace the burned out one with a new one. After powering back on the water heater, I check the home for hot water and call the job complete.
