COSCUP is one of the longest-running, fully volunteer, ticket-free open source conferences in the world, and the biggest in Taiwan. It brings together coders, users, and promoters from dozens of communities every year.
At the Open Source Hub at Devconnect ARG, I Chia “Susu” Su shares how COSCUP has sustained a 20-year run as a community-driven conference and what it takes to keep growing an open source ecosystem through events.
