What’s New with the OmniScan™ X3 Flaw Detector’s Software, MXU version 5.7, and OmniPC 5.7 Software

Watch this video that highlights key features of the 5.7 software release, now available for the OmniScan™ X3 flaw detector and OmniPC™ software.

Demonstrations are given of these new functionalities:
1. Support of OmniScan MX2 legacy data and setup files
2. Total focusing method (TFM) band-pass and high-pass filters, demonstrated on an HTHA sample
3. Time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD) lateral wave processing (synchronization and removal)

As mentioned in the video, as of version 1.3.8, WeldSight software for advanced data analysis supports MXU 5.7 data files and OmniScan MX2 legacy files.
