HeartHorse ASMR - Relaxed Tingly Grooming Session with my horse - brush sounds, quiet talking

Good evening, how's things? I got the sleepy tingles so bad while making this video! Beth and I found editing it a nightmare as we both kept nodding off.

Here WonkyHorse and I are enjoying some quiet bonding time with a gentle grooming session. She works hard for me so I try to give back as best I can by helping her muscles and mind relax. I love listening to her rhythmical chewing as she peacefully snacks on her HorseHage.

For me, personally, everything around the horses and the barn has that wonderful relaxing ASMR vibe - the mindfulness, the sounds, the rhythms, the quiet, the birdsong, the smells and of course the feel. Nothing beats chilling out with the horses!

ASMR videos really help me with relaxation and sleep. They have improved my quality of sleep no end. I love the tingly feeling and the deep calm.
