We captured the USRowing crew in a moment of focus ahead of the World Championships in Shanghai.
From two vantage points – Kate Knifton (W4-) and the Women’s Head Coach, Jesse Foglia – this film explores the mindset driving the team forward to LA 2028. From the energy of a home crowd to the disciplined work that happens day after day.
It’s about staying present while chasing what’s next – building a team through connection, rhythm and purpose – and moving As One.
