Planning is the most critical part of any renovation. It’s where you can save thousands by identifying potential issues early, comparing options, and adjusting your design before any demolition begins. In this video, I cover:

🔹 Project Overview & Budget Plan — How I structured a 15-week renovation schedule with a $49,000 budget, including what I’ll do myself vs. what I’ll hire out.
