I was asked to do an easy bodyweight workout for the community of Four Sigmatic. I was pleased to do so. This workout is simple and suitable for any fitness level. It takes around 30 minutes and I promise you will amazing afterwards.

Back to this workout. When you are ready to start, you can simply press PLAY and do this workout with me.
It is suitable for all fitness levels and its not physically super hard. It is designed to get your body moving and its great especially in the morning.
The workout consist of three parts.
1. Movement -10 min
2. Heart rate -10 min
3. Cool down and stretch -10 min
