First, purchase and install the Elden Ring DLC. Next, you'll need to defeat 2 bosses: Starcourge Radahn & Mohg.
Radahn is located in Caelid. He's also the key to unlocking the Festival of Radahn. There are interesting people you can meet along the way to help take down Radahn. For instance, Blaidd (Half Man/ Half Wolf) and Iron Fist Alexander (Adult Pot). Meeting them before starting the festival is essential for them to participate and battle Radahn with you.
Mohg is located in the Mohgwyn Palace in the underworld. You'll need to do the White Faced Varré side quest first to get access to Mohg's domain. After defeating Mohg, you'll next need to interact with the withered arm exposed from the egg near the fast travel unlocked once Mohg is vanquished. Then, you'll be teleported to the new DLC land.
Note that there are enemies and bosses along the way. Once you reach the castle in the video, you'll be able to level up quickly. Good luck fellow tarnished!
