I always struggled with speaking and listening to lashon harah, I always wanted to know the latest “hock” with everything and everyone. Recently I started learning the Sefer shmiras haloshon by the chafetz Chaim, and I took upon myself to not talk or listen to lashon harah!

In the beginning it was very hard being the fact I always wanted to hear the latest news, but after a few weeks I actually found it very easy and actually enjoyable, there was a certain geshmak in not worrying or caring about what the latest is, I was able to start thinking, I started living my life thinking more about what the latest with me is rather than the latest with everyone else was and I was able to have some piece of mind.

The words from this song is what we say after shemona esrai, asking hashem to guard our lips from talking bad, I hope you enjoy as much as enjoyed making it 😀
