In this video one can see my new filter concept and my new fuel sensor system. A DriZzleR gasifier is an unique design because it is drip feeded. The big problem however when driving an engine is to keep the fuel always at the same level, no matter the load and thus the consumpton of fuel. Big load lot of fuel consumption less load less fuel. My previous level sensor only toucht the fuel by hitting it. This hitting kompacted the reduction zone too much and after a while the gasifier could not breath anymore. Second problem was that the feeder threw the chips always on one side. The result beeing one side burned empty and the other side full of raw wood got without pyrolising through the reduction. I worked on the solution you see in the second part of this video. First part of the video showes my new filter. The previous filter system I put a video before (with the cokes coal) created too many presure drop.
