The Channel 8 Eyewitness News team was out in full-force to bring to the TV viewers the excitement, jubilation, and crowds (they were avoiding) in its coverage of the New Year's festivities on The Strip and Downtown . . . leading up to the fireworks at midnight.
Enjoy the visuals of the fireworks. Due to music copyrights and clearances, the accompanying songs that went with the fireworks were muted.
