Champions Road

3 years. After I beat Augmented Misery I had wanted to do ToCR. I felt it was doable. Difficult, but doable. After 3 years of on and off grinding, 4 net runs, and around 200 hours of playtime, I beat a new hardest tower. This was okay at first, but then the time it took for me to get to the net was starting to get unreasonable. In that moment, it became a test of endurance. I wanted to end the tower the first net run I had, but failed. I practiced, and two months later after a small break I came back ready to beat it. I failed. The next day, after 20 minutes, I made it back to the net. I was finally ready to end it, but I failed. On Sunday, September 29th, 2024, at around 9:50 AM, I started the last run I would ever play on this tower. After making it to floor 10 a total of 6 times, I autoclicked overnight and went to bed to pick it back up the next day after school. I made it to floor 10 another ten times before I finally had the run of a lifetime. If you asked me during the middle of my grind where I would put this tower, I would say relatively above the middle of the road, maybe high B tier. If you asked me now, I would say its low C tier. The net is the single most draining and demoralizing thing I've ever tried to beat in a game. Time and time again you make it up, just to fail something that you never had even thought of failing before, over and over and over. I'm so fucking happy its over.

Yeah, if you're a cuber or one of my real life friends who see this video, I've been doing this in my spare time. I don't care that its "just a roblox game," I have had a lot of fun with this game and improving was just one of my favorite things ever. I made so many great friends from this game that I still talk to every day, so in the end, this was worth it.
