"Roll Along Iowa" | University of Iowa's Secondary Fight Song

Presenting another one of Iowa's fight songs, while rarely performed — here is "Roll Along Iowa".

"Roll Along Iowa" was written in 1954 by John Wooden, back when the university was known as the "State University of Iowa", or their acronym "S.U.I." The song would include the former acronym until the university changed its name to the current "University of Iowa", in 1964.

This is the current version of the song, still being played by the University of Iowa Hawkeye Marching Band, though not as much as the other fight songs, like "Fight! Fight! Fight! for Iowa" or "On Iowa". (Note: I might post the original "S.U.I." lyrics once I have the time.)
