can you tell that i will not be getting over arcane anytime soon? i can't help it, it's such a pretty show to edit, it's an editor's dream honestly, as many issues i have with s2's uses of music video montages, it really inspires me to edit lol

i feel like arcane has challenged me to edit differently than what i'm used to, went with no coloring, very minimal transitions, hard cuts, and really focused on beat matching and flow more than i normally do, this was super satisfying to edit honestly and had to include some bits of jinx & vi (bc their relationship makes me cry, it's the whole reason i got into arcane in the first place) and bits with ekko and isha too

so this is sort of a vent, things have been rough for awhile now and this song has been describing what i've been feeling recently and i really resonate with jinx's story a lot, even though vi's my favorite and i identify with her more overall as a character, jinx's trauma and pain is something that i relate to a lot.
