Tostones Rellenos de Carne are Stuffed Plantains with delicious Ground Beef that you can make Dominican, Cuban, Puerto Rican or any style that you want! All you have to do is season the ground beef, cook it, and then fry green plantains to perfection! You make the tostones cups with a tostonera or you can use a lime squeezer! Ingredients:
3 Green Plantains
1 lbs Grass-fed Ground Beef
½ Green Pepper
½ cup Tomato Sauce
1 Small White Onion
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
5 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Spanish Olives
1 tsp DR Orégano
½ tsp Cumin
½ tbsp Sazón con Achiote
½ Lime
Kosher Salt & Black Pepper
¾ cup Water
Oil for Frying
